When you request a quote, start an order, or contact us, we collect your name, business email, company, shipping details, artwork and dieline files, and order specifications.
When you use our website, we collect limited device and usage data through cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it's used.
We use personal data to prepare quotes and proofs, produce and ship your orders, manage your account and billing, provide support, send service and (where permitted) marketing communications, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the domestic print and converting partners who produce your order, logistics carriers who deliver it, payment processors, and service providers who help us run the business — each bound to use it only as instructed.
Dielines, artwork, and brand assets you upload remain yours. We use them solely to design, proof, and produce your packaging, and we do not reuse them for other customers.
We keep order and account records for as long as your account is active and for up to seven years afterward where required for tax and accounting. You can request deletion of files and account data at any time, subject to those legal requirements.
We protect personal data with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@packwizely.com.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Packwizely website and your purchase of custom packaging design, printing, and fulfillment services from Packwizely Packaging Inc ("Packwizely", "we", "us"), a Delaware corporation. By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Quotes are estimates based on the specifications and artwork you provide and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is binding once you approve the proof and pricing in writing. Changes after approval may affect price and lead time.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving digital and 3D proofs before production. Once you approve a proof, you accept responsibility for its content, including spelling, color expectations within normal print tolerances, and dimensions. You confirm you have the rights to all artwork and trademarks you submit.
Custom manufacturing involves standard industry tolerances for color, dimensions, and quantity (typically ±10% on quantity). Delivery of quantities within tolerance constitutes complete fulfillment of your order.
Prices are in US dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping unless stated. Payment terms are set out on your order. We may pause production on overdue accounts after reasonable notice.
Lead times are estimates from proof approval and depend on format, volume, and finishing. Risk of loss passes on delivery to your specified address or 3PL. We are not liable for carrier delays outside our control.
Because products are custom-made to your specifications, orders are non-returnable except where the product is defective or materially differs from the approved proof. Report any defect within 14 days of delivery.
You retain rights to your brand assets and artwork. Packwizely retains rights to its website, tools, dieline libraries, and templates. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of either party's pre-existing IP.
We warrant that products will materially conform to the approved proof. Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, and the courts located in Franklin County, Ohio have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
